Using DesiMixTape
DesiMixTape lets you discover music, generate experimental audio and save a personal library. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your content and permitted use
You retain any rights you hold in your prompts and other submitted content. You permit us and our service providers to process that content to operate the features you request. Submit only material you are entitled to use. Do not submit confidential information, infringe copyright or privacy, impersonate others, interfere with security, or automate abusive use.
Music rights
Access to audio does not give you ownership or a commercial licence. AI output may resemble existing work, may not be unique, and may not qualify for copyright protection. Our current MusicGen feature is offered for personal, non-commercial experimentation. Jamendo recordings remain subject to their individual licences. Read the Music Use Policy before downloading, sharing or publishing audio.
Availability and saved audio
Generation may fail or return a clearly labelled demonstration recording instead of newly generated music. Saved entries may refer to third-party audio URLs that expire; a library entry is not a permanent audio backup. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security or misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular purpose.
Payments and cancellation
There is currently no customer checkout or subscription in this app. Do not pay anyone claiming to sell DesiMixTape access without confirming with us. Any future paid offer will state its price, billing, cancellation and refund conditions before purchase.
Responsibility and applicable law
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining permissions for your intended use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, originality or fitness for purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you.
Accounts, complaints and changes
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing ganderecom@gmail.com. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. Send questions, complaints or appeals to the same address. Material updates will be identified on this page; changes do not remove rights already accrued.
