This policy describes how Gander Ecommerce Solutions (P) Ltd. handles information in DesiMixTape. For privacy requests, contact ganderecom@gmail.com.
Information processed
We process your email, authentication credentials in protected form, optional display name, account identifiers and sessions. The app processes music prompts, genre, mood, tempo and duration choices, saved track metadata and audio links, favorites and account preferences. Infrastructure providers also process technical data such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and error logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, generate or find audio, maintain your library, respond to requests, diagnose failures and protect the service. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential material in music prompts.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare delivers the website and routes app requests. Railway hosts the application, database and authentication services. Replicate processes prompts and generation settings to run MusicGen and deliver audio. Jamendo supplies discovery and demonstration recordings. Your browser connects to audio and image providers when loading their media. These providers may process information outside your country under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication cookies keep you signed in, and browser storage remembers the selected theme. Hosting and security systems may use technical cookies. Blocking essential storage can prevent login. You can sign out and clear site data in your browser. This notice does not treat essential storage as permission for advertising tracking.
Retention and deletion
Account and library records are retained to provide your account until removed or no longer needed, subject to legitimate security, legal and operational requirements. Provider logs, backups and generated files follow separate retention cycles; deleting a library entry does not necessarily delete a provider-hosted file immediately. We do not promise permanent storage of generated audio.
Your choices and requests
Email ganderecom@gmail.com from your registered address to request access, correction, a copy of your data or account deletion, or to raise a privacy complaint. We may verify your identity and explain any information we must retain. Account deletion is currently handled by support, not an automated in-app control. You may also clear local browser storage at any time.
Security, children and changes
We use authentication and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. DesiMixTape accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We will update this policy when material processing practices change.
